Questions people ask
How fast is my server ready?
It's created automatically as soon as checkout finishes. Most games are ready to start within a few minutes. Large modpacks take longer because they download a lot of files.
Can I install mods, plugins and modpacks?
Yes. The panel searches Modrinth and CurseForge for you, and modpacks from CurseForge, Modrinth and Feed the Beast install in one click. You can also upload your own files.
Which location should I pick?
The one closest to most of your players. Check the ping numbers above: lower is better. New York suits the East Coast and Midwest, California the West Coast.
Do you have DDoS protection?
New York runs on a datacenter network with DDoS protection. California runs on our own fiber connection without dedicated DDoS filtering, so pick New York for big public servers.
Can I change my plan or game later?
Minecraft, Terraria, Conan Exiles and ARK servers can switch between their own server types yourself in the panel (for example Paper to Fabric, or Terraria to tModLoader). To play a different game, order a server for it, or ask us on Discord and we'll help you move. To change plan size, ask us on Discord and the new price starts on your next billing date.
What if it isn't for me?
Plans are monthly with no contract, and you can cancel anytime. If it isn't working out, you get a full refund within 48 hours of your first order. See the refund policy.
