The short version of how money and cancelling work at Rusty Raiders. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.
Refunds
- Full refund within 48 hours of your first order if it isn't working out. Just ask on Discord.
- After 48 hours, payments are non-refundable and unused time isn't refunded.
- Servers removed for breaking our rules aren't refunded.
Cancelling
- Cancel anytime from your account: Services → your server → Cancel, either at the end of the period you've paid for or immediately. No contracts, no fees, and no further charges.
- When the server ends, it's deleted along with its backups, so download a backup first. Ask on Discord within 7 days and we'll try to recover your files, but we can't promise it.
Missed payments
- Invoices go out 7 days before the due date, with a reminder 3 days before.
- An unpaid server is suspended 2 days after the due date and deleted 14 days after it. Pay before then to bring it back.
Changing plans
Ask on Discord. We switch it for you and the new price starts on your next billing date.
