Questions
How much memory do I need?
The smallest plan is the starting point we recommend for DayZ. Pick a bigger one for more players or mods, or ask us on Discord and we'll tell you honestly.
Which location should I pick?
The one closest to most of your players. New York suits the East Coast and Midwest. If a location shows "No slots right now", it's full for that plan size; try the other one or a smaller plan.
How fast is setup?
Your server is created automatically once payment goes through, and your panel login is emailed to you. Most games are ready within a few minutes; the first start of some games downloads extra files and takes longer.
Do you have DDoS protection?
New York runs on a datacenter network with DDoS protection. California runs on our own fiber connection without dedicated DDoS filtering, so pick New York for big public servers.
Can I move my existing server here?
Yes. The panel's Server importer copies your files over from another host by SFTP, or you can upload them yourself.
What if it isn't for me?
Plans are monthly with no contract, and you can cancel anytime. You get a full refund within 48 hours of your first order. See the refund policy.
